Spain has a well-developed mortgage market, with different lenders offering a range of Spanish mortgages.

Non-residents can usually borrow up to 70% of the purchase price.

Duration: 20 years € 1.018 (rounded)


Banks often work with a bonification system where you pay a lower interest if multiple products are taken. Consider a bank card, fixed income on the account, insurance etc.
